Underwater and special motors from Marotechniek
With more than 30 years of experience in underwater permanent magnet motors for the Dredging sector, Marotechniek is I-DAPT’s reliable partner for supplying the driving force of any dredge as a turnkey solution.
Marotechniek have their own production, assembly and repair facilities, and a service and repair department are available 24/7 for inspection and repair on site. The engineering department develops and designs all underwater motors in SolidWorks 3D CAD software, and this is done according to high quality standards and standards in accordance with IEC 60034 (LV). On request, Marotechniek products are supplied with all certifications, including but not limited to witness load test or full certification by Class like ABS, DNV, BV or Lloyds’ and others.
Electric winches
Marotechniek develops, designs, and manufactures electric, hydraulic, and pneumatically driven winches with capacities of up to approximately 100 tons, tailored to your specific application. We offer solutions with or without integrated controls and software.
In addition to our standard product range, we bring extensive experience in delivering custom solutions. Together, we work closely with you to determine the best option for your unique needs.
Our winches are designed using SolidWorks 3D CAD software and are produced, blasted, coated, and tested in-house. All welding operations are performed in accordance with DNV NEN-EN ISO 15614-1:2012 / AWS D1.1:2010 ASME IX:2013 standards. Upon request, we can deliver under inspection or full certification by Class like DNV, Bureau Veritas, or Lloyd’s Register.
