Ball joints are critical components in dredging pipelines, allowing flexibility and movement while maintaining a secure connection under high pressure. Dredge Yard offers ball joints in sizes from 10 to 40 inch, ensuring compatibility with various dredging systems. Each joint is engineered for durability, easy assembly, and high performance.

I-DAPT offers Dredge Yard high-performance ball joints that allow movement in all directions within a controlled angle of 15 to 18 degrees. They are available in various types and withstand pressure up to 700 psi. Each design is tested at 120% of maximum working pressure.

All dredge ball joints are carefully designed, manufactured, assembled, and tested under strict Dredge Yard supervision, in line with international standards.

Marotechniek developed an innovative new electric underwater motor using Permanent Magnet Technology. The motor features built-in ‘Permanent Magnets’ which eliminate the need for magnetizing the rotor. This reduction in reactive current decreases the required amperage, leading to higher efficiency. This motor is 4-6% more efficient than traditional squirrel cage motors and is more compact and lighter. Since 2015, about 30 units have been successfully deployed.
